She never expected to be welcomed into the office, just doled punishment and forced to pay the consequences.She perched onto the chair, and picked at a loose thread on her uniform.“Holloway, I have an important job for you.”She focused on the man and nodded. Not at all what she expected to hear.When he clicked a button, a picture of a young man, around her age, appeared on a screen to the left. “This is Thomas Allden.”Not recognizing the guy, she held her breath, waiting for Malock to continue.“He’s from Lexford, brought in to train for the missions to Airondelle, same as you.”Yeah, so?“I want him off the mission.”She scoffed. “With all of your authority, you can’t just kick him off yourself?”“It’s not that easy. His father is part of the PC management team. Please, I need your help.”She gasped. How am I supposed to get someone off the mission?
